Lumbar Spine mobilising exercise
Overview:
This exercise will help loosen your lower back.
Exercise guide:
1. Lay on your back with your knees bent and your feet on the floor.
2. Have your arms out at 90 degrees.
3. Slowly roll your legs from side to side.
4. Initially try six to eight repetitions. Do two or three sets of this exercise.
Note:
Work in a comfortable range.
